CONGERS, N.Y., Jan. 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Electric Moto
Corporation, Inc. (OTCMarkets/Pink Sheets:EMOT) announced today
that it had acquired exclusive licensing rights to a unique,
patented process for heat dissipation in electric vehicles.
The patent for the process was issued in July of 2012 to United
States Alternative Energy, LLC. According to the terms of
their agreement, EMOT has provided and will continue to provide a
wide range of corporate and business development services in return
for exclusive rights to all the intellectual property produced by
USAE.
Robert J. Lancellotti, Chairman and
Acting CEO of EMOT, indicated that assistance in acquiring capital,
or leveraging existing assets so as to provide capital, was a
primary component of the agreement. He went on to say that
other areas of business assistance, among them personnel,
marketing, branding, and manufacturing, were also areas in which
EMOT would provide consulting services for USAE.
According to Mr. Lancellotti: "We believe that this is the first
of many similar Joint Ventures, mergers, and the like between EMOT
and like-minded companies. We have been saying for years that
strategic relationships of this type, particularly in this economic
environment, produce companies, technology, and product lines far
superior to those that exist individually. For shareholders, the
resulting whole is far greater than the sum of the parts."
About EMOT:
