John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRPS) reported today that there have been a number of questions asked by investors that bear clarification. "I have had questions asked that are pertinent and should be shared with investors. I will address one today in a Q&A format." Other questions will be addressed in future releases.

Question: The Company's technology applies to a variety of large markets: solar roofs, housing, marine and R.V. markets, utility trailers, delivery vans etc. Given the limited resources of a startup how will you attack these different business segments?

Answer: "Great question! New businesses typically run out of two things first: money and talent. Inventors don't necessarily make good business managers or vice versa. Our Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Romesburg, is our resident genius while I on the other hand have a deep experience managing manufacturing businesses, an excellent distribution of our collective brain trust. We also have an excellent group of individuals including Engineers, MBAs and PhDs waiting to join us when appropriate.

"We will begin manufacturing products first, for markets requiring little ramp up such as the pontoon boat market. Other markets such as housing, P.V. solar roofs, delivery vans etc. require longer ramp up times. The R.V. industry for example operates on annual build cycles, once the coming year's products/materials have been determined and sent to the plants, nothing changes for at least a year. Consequently, we will develop a revenue stream from the products requiring the least engineering and/or ramp up and open the other market segments based on their expected ramp up time, the size of the market and as our revenue grows," Mr. Ohlin replied.
