LafargeHolcim Ltd. (LHN.EB) said Thursday that it will propose three new board members for shareholders to vote on at its forthcoming annual meeting, as two members will be stepping down.

The board will nominate Colin Hall, Naina Lal Kidwai and Claudia Sender Ramirez for election, the company said. Nassef Sawiris and Gerard Lamarche have decided not to stand for re-election.

Meanwhile, LafargeHolcim said shareholders will have the option of receiving the 2018 dividend in cash, shares or a combination of the two.

The cash value of the dividend will be 2 Swiss francs ($1.98) a share, while new shares will be issued at a discount of 8% to the reference share price, the company said.
