iSIGN Media Announces That it has Reached an Agreement on Financing
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 25, 2014) - iSIGN Media
Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company")
(TSX-VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive
mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers,
manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North
America, today announced that it is has reached an agreement in
principal on a financing of $750,000 with Korona Group Ltd.
The financing will be in the form of a promissory note, due one
year from the date of the signing of the loan agreement, with
interest at a rate of 8%. The Company anticipates the closing of
this loan to take place within the next three weeks.
Funds will be used for the development and programming of
iSIGN's software to complete and operate the Smart Player and to
integrate both the Smart Antenna and Smart Player with customers'
point-of-sale devises to enhance and accelerate data gathering as
well as general operating costs.
It is expected that the funds raised will be sufficient to fund
the Company's requirements through the month of June, by which time
the Company expects to be generating revenues.
