Legends Business Group (LGBS: PK), would like to update its shareholders on recent events.

Since our last update to shareholders, Legends has had a number of key milestones. The Company has focused most of its time preparing for the full Zombie Charger product launch by arranging new sales and marketing outlets. In addition Legends has been working diligently on completing the Annual Report with intent of becoming fully reporting with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC).

In September 2012’s shareholders update, Legends announced the audit was proceeding as planned and Legends has compiled its two-year financial package for review. The company’s goal was to be fully reporting with the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) by our Annual Report 2012. As of March 07, 2013 the company’s auditor has assured Legends that the company will complete the two years worth of audited financials and Legends will begin filing its Form 10 with the Annual Report starting this month. 

The Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC) final performance report is now available on: http://www.legendspower.com/current_projects.php . Resonance Group, the same facility that tested the Restorer Charger (RC) has claimed that the MFCC is more efficient per hour than, with little to no off gassing and minimal heating of the batteries, as compared to a standard EZ GO golf cart charger that required the lab to be ventilated due to its excessive off gassing. With the announcement of Zombie Chargers pre orders on January 24, 2012 Legends has been hard at work preparing for full product release. The first Quarter of 2013 has been very promising.  With preorders and sales already, the company has also approved multiple sales and marketing representatives and is preparing contracts. As per the sales agreement Legends sales representatives will distribute the Multi-Function Charger Controller (MFCC) and Restorer Charger (RC) across the US in the second half of 2013. 

Pricing for the MFCC and RC has been set at a retail market price of $999 USD per unit. For wholesale or bulk purchases pricing is subject to change. In the First Quarter 2013, Legends had one of their contacts while on a trip to South America meet with local officials and automotive industry related businesses to research the demand for energy efficient battery technology in Colombia. On February 14, 2013 the company announced its plans to use the contacts made in Colombia to further evaluate the potential for this emerging market. 

The interest generated from trip to Colombia encouraged Legends contact to return to Colombia with the objective of presenting Zombie Chargers product potential. The company has set out to display live demonstrations of its Restorer Charger to local officials and automotive industry related businesses by actually illustrating the RC’s claim of being able to restore dead and discarded batteries. Legends’ is confident that these demonstrations of the Restorer Charger will result in multiple arrangements for regional distributers. Legends will use Colombia as a testing ground for Zombie Chargers product line with the intent to distribute in the Colombian market and then branch out to other South American countries. 

In addition to these updates, we also foresee 2013 to have more new and exciting products and campaigns that are currently in the development stages.
