LKAI LKA Gold Incorporated (CE)

LKA International, Inc. (OTCQB: LKAI) (OTCBB: LKAI) announced yesterday that they will be donating ownership of the historic Ute-Ulay town and mill sites to Hinsdale County, Colorado.

LKA International, who have recently executed a letter of intent with Premier Gold Mines (TSX: PG) for exploration of their Golden Wonder mine near Lake City, Colorado, are intent on re-establishing reserves and returning the mine to commercial production. From 1998 through 2006, LKA's Golden Wonder mine produced over 133,701 ounces of gold from ore with an average grade of 16.01 ounces per ton.
