Swedish cash handling company Loomis AB (LOOM-B.SK) said Monday it has entered into an agreement with British bank HSBC Holdings PLC (HBC) for management of the bank's remote ATMs across the U.K..

 
   MAIN FACTS: 

-When fully implemented, the contract will make HSBC the largest customer of Loomis in the U.K..

-The agreement which became effective from Aug. 1 includes management of HSBC's remote ATM estate, including cash forecasting, replenishment and maintenance which will be performed in association with contract partner, NCR Corp. (NCR).

-At 1141 GMT shares traded 0.3% lower at SEK80.
