MGON) is providing stockholders with an update regarding the status
of the corporation and its current strategic objectives.
Megola, Inc./TheShare TV (OTC Pink: MGON), is
pleased to announce that Management has appointed Andrew Lane as
Vice President of Network Content for Megola, Inc. /TheShare TV.
CEO John Stippick stated, “We are tremendously excited to have
Andrew Lane join our Network team.” He continued, “With over 20
years of experience, Mr. Lane comes to us with domestic and
international success in film, television, and the music recording
industry. Not only have Mr. Lane’s productions created over 100

established relationships and production credits for Disney

As part of the completion of the recent
acquisition of TheShare TV, LLC Management held an Open House for
our shareholders, TV Show Host, and entire network team at the new
Room 21 Media studio on Friday, June 15th, 2018 at 5pm. Management
showcased and announced originally programming and provided “sneak
peaks” of the original shows with "meet and greets” of show host in
person.
