BUDAPEST--Hungarian oil and gas company MOL Nyrt. (MOL.BU) said on Thursday that its board of directors has recommended the payment of a total of 55 billion forints ($196.2 million) in dividends after the company's 2015 results, MOL said in a filing with the Budapest Stock Exchange.

MOL paid a total of HUF50 billion in dividends last year after 2014 results.
