MWW Automotive Group (OTCBB: MWWC), a global automotive firm providing design services and designing and manufacturing accessories for many of the world's leading automotive manufacturers, with facilities in the US and Germany, announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Modelworxx (MWX) in Germany, has signed an exclusive agreement with Isomotive BV for distribution of MWX products in the Netherlands.

Isomotive BV is the biggest supplier for protective car accessories in the Netherlands and has operations in Holland and Belgium. Its headquarters and its R&D, production facility and sales office are located north of Amsterdam in Holland. Isomotive develops and manufactures special functional impact side bars and running boards for vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and T5 Multivan, Renault Kangoo and Trafic and the Ford Transit. Protective sidebars or running boards on commercial vehicles are in special demand in Europe because they are subsidized by reduced auto insurance rates. Jules Tabak and Jerome Tabak established the company in 2002 and have developed it into one of the largest distributorships for protective accessories in the Netherlands.
