   Moscow, July 10, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - "Norilsk 
Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and palladium 
producer, announces that by July 9 2015, 109 057 ordinary shares have 
been purchased on the open market by Citibank, the Company's buyback 
program coordinator, for the total amount of 1 015 605 311,20 roubles 
(approximately USD 18 million). The share buyback was carried out as 
part of the Company's share buyback program, approved by the Board of 
Directors on April 6(th) 2015. 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
