   Moscow, July 20, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - "Norilsk 
Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and palladium 
producer, announces that from 13 to 17 July, 82,237* ordinary shares 
were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for the total amount 
of RUB 778 million (approximately USD 13.7 million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
284,294* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 2,640 million 
(approximately USD 46.7 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
