   Moscow, August 31, 2015 - PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel (hereinafter - 
"Norilsk Nickel" or "the Company"), the world's largest nickel and 
palladium producer, announces that from 24 to 28 August, 2015 48,070* 
ordinary shares were purchased on Moscow Exchange at market price, for 
the total amount of RUB 485 million (approximately USD 7 million). 
 
   Since the start of share buyback program, the Company has purchased 
1,012,215* ordinary shares for the total amount of RUB 9,655.9 million 
(approximately USD 159.8 million). 
 
   In accordance with the best disclosure practices, the Company will 
continue to provide regular updates on the implementation of the share 
buyback program.
