Beverage Plus Holdings Corporation (PINKSHEETS: CLNP) and FCBBI AG (FRANKFURT: 3FC.de) are pleased to announce they have received a letter of intent with a Hong Kong based company for the distribution of the MC2 Energy Drink and our various other products in China.

This letter of intent includes the purchase of an exclusive territory for certain southern regions of China including Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Nanning, and Fuzhou. The buyer also intends to make a private equity investment of $150,000 in Beverage Plus at the price of approximately $1.00 USD per share. In 2010, this distributor relationship represents anticipated gross revenue from $4,000,000 to $7,000,000 for Beverage Plus.
