SGAPY Singapore Telecommunications Limited (PK)

Bidders for Optus Satellite, an Australian unit of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (Z74.SG), include KKR & Co. (KKR), Carlyle Group LP (CG), SES S.A. and Eutelsat Communications (ETL.FR), Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing three people with knowledge of the matter.

A Reuters report earlier Monday identified those four parties as either placing first-round bids or expressing interest. Reuters also reported that Inmarsat PLC (ISAT.LN) and Blackstone Group LP (BX) have submitted bids.
