ZURICH-- SGS S.A. (SGSN.VX) Friday said it acquired the Sercovam
Tests Laboratory Group headquartered in Cestas, France, for an
undisclosed sum.
MAIN FACTS:
- Sercovam is a leading test laboratories group with state of
the art facilities in Etupes and Cestas in France and sales offices
in Spain and Italy.
- It serves the automotive, aeronautic and rail industry as well
as the mass market and packaging business in France, Germany, Spain
and Italy.
- Founded in 1987 and privately owned, Sercovam employs 85
experts and generated 2011 revenues in excess of 9 million
euros.
