Solanbridge Group, Inc. Announces it has Withdrawn its 504 Public
Offering
CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 5, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Solanbridge
Group, Inc. (OTC.PK: SLNX) is pleased to announce that it has had
any shares issued pursuant to the exemption found in Rule 504
returned to the Company's treasury. The current management of
Solanbridge Group, Inc. also discovered that the prior management
of the Company made a calculation error related to the Company's
freely tradable share structure, which is currently 17,234,746 and
has remained unchanged since new management has taken control.
Solanbridge Group, Inc. also announces it has accepted the
resignation of Matthew Nicoletti from all of his
positions with the company on January 31,
2013.
