(PINKSHEETS: QUIN), formerly called Quintessence Holdings Inc., will begin trading under the new symbol (PINKSHEETS: TMGY). The Company's shares will continue to be quoted on the Pink Sheets under the new symbol; with the symbol change reflecting the Company's previously announced name change.
