Topaz Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: TOPZ) today announced that it has signed a Definitive Agreement with RMJ, Inc. to partner in a Multi-Well Development Program. Under this Program, Topaz and RMJ are now negotiating participation by RMJ in the Barnett Shale well recently drilled by Topaz in the "oil" leg of the Barnett Shale formation in North Texas, which Topaz currently is preparing to complete.
