(OTCBB:WBSI) today announced that it has entered into a Sales, Marketing and Distribution agreement with WQNI (OTCPK:WQNI) under which WebSafety has granted WQNI an exclusive license to market and distribute the Company's mobile phone application designed to prevent distracted driving, CellSafety LITE.

WQNI is a group of experienced entrepreneurs with expertise in commercialization of digital products online. WQNI will start to introduce the CellSafety LITE app to consumers through a "freemium" based business model. Freemium models work by offering a product or service free of charge while charging a premium for advanced features, functionality, or related products and services.
