INDICES PROCEDURES DUE TO LOG-IN - LOGISTICA INTERMODAL S.A. PTO (LOGN)

In reference to the 002-2022-VNC Circular Letter, we hereby inform you that, due to LOG-IN
- LOGISTICA INTERMODAL S.A. (LOGN3) Voluntary PTO for ordinary shares, to be held at 3:00
p.m. on January 13, 2022 pursuant to the notice published on December 13, 2021, B3 will
adopt procedures below for January 14, 2022 opening on theoretical indices portfolios:

LOGN3 - NEW QUANTITIES
Index: IGCT, IGNM, IBRA, ITAG e SMLL
Quantity to be excluded: 67,481,435
Exclusion Price: R$ 25,00
Quantity remaining on the indices as of January 14, 2022: 33,400,126

Index: IGCX
Quantity to be excluded: 134,962,870
Exclusion Price: R$ 25,00
Quantity remaining on the index as of January 14, 2022: 66,800,252

In that way, the closing value for above indices on January 13, 2022, will be calculated
considering the weighted average between the excluded quantity at the auction's price, and
the remaining quantity of the portfolio at the LOGN3 closing price on the cash market on
January 13, 2022.

For January 14, 2022 opening, the respective divisors will be adjusted.
