INDICES PROCEDURES DUE TO THE PUBLIC TENDER OFFER OF EUCATEX S.A. (EUCA3)

We hereby inform you that the public tender offer (PTO) for the control acquisition of Eucatex S.A. (Company) will be held on January 19, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., as announced in the tender offer notice published on December 20, 2023.

For the Special Corporate Governance Stock Index (IGCX), the quantity of EUCA3 will be reduced according to the number of shares acquired in the auction.

The price at which the shares will be withdrawn from IGCX will be determined by the auction price, and the remaining quantity will remain in the portfolio at the spot market closing price of EUCA3 on January 19, 2024.

The quantity to be reduced will be announced on the day of the auction after it is over, via the News Agency, on trading screens and B3's portal at: www.b3.com.br/en_us, Market data and Indices, Indices, Broad indices, Ibovespa Index (Ibovespa), News Agency.

We also inform that, for the opening of January 22, 2024, if necessary, the pertinent adjustments will be made to the reducer of IGCX.

All in all, as the number of shares declared in the PTO may reach all outstanding shares, B3 may, in accordance with the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices, determine the exclusion of EUCA3 from the portfolios of IGCX after the closing of the regular trading session on January 19, 2024, in order to preserve the continuity, replicability, representativeness, and integrity of such index.
