(Nasdaq:GTRC) will host an Investor and Analyst Day on Tuesday, May 23, 2006, during which management will discuss company operations including Guitar Center and Musician's Friend marketing programs, proprietary products, plans for international expansion, Music & Arts' acquisition strategy, distribution initiatives, and technology systems and infrastructure.
