has successfully increased worldwide channel license revenue from
49 percent at the end of 2002 to 82 percent in the first quarter of
2006. "ISS is making great strides with respect to supporting its
channel partners and giving them the tools they need to succeed,"

operations at True North Solutions. "Over the last year, ISS has
made a sincere effort to align the company's products, services,
training and incentive programs with the strategic needs of
partners like True North Solutions." "In the last year, we have
significantly strengthened the company's SecurePartner(TM) channel
sales and marketing programs," said Larry Costanza, senior vice
president, Americas Sales, ISS. "We have increased marketing
budgets for top-performing value added resellers (VARs), doubled
the discount on partner deals and increased the number of events,
field resources and channel support teams available to partners.
Additionally, we will soon increase technical product support
levels in order to more effectively accommodate Silver, Gold and

increasing revenue opportunities, improving customer relationships

Training (TSST) certification program at no cost to the partner."
TSST is a free five-day, field-simulated technical sales course
instructed by members of ISS' X-Force(R) research and development

research. Offered throughout North, South and Central America, the
program includes full product and service overviews, lab exercises
and sessions on the competitive landscape. "TSST is a fantastic
training program," said Thillet of True North Solutions. "After

to the success of TSST, ISS has increased the capacity of its
systems engineering training class by 50 percent to accommodate
