Touchstone Resources USA, Inc. (OTCBB:TSNU) today announced that it has effected its name change from Touchstone Resources USA, Inc. to Cygnus Oil and Gas Corporation. The name change was previously approved by the Company's stockholders at its annual meeting on May 23, 2006. In connection with the Company's name change, the Company's common stock ticker symbol on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board is changing from "TSNU.OB" to "CYNS.OB" commencing with the opening of trading on June 9, 2006. There is no need for stockholders to take any action as a result of the Company's name change.
