Heritage Media Corporation (PINK SHEETS:HMCP) today announced that John Manolescu and Victor Gauthier, both of Calgary, Alberta and Anthony Ferracone of Los Angeles, California have joined the Heritage management team. John Manolescu is a Calgary-based businessman with substantial executive level experience in corporate finance, business development and operations management. For the past two years he has provided management consulting services to a number of corporations, including Heritage Media and its subsidiary, Screen Giant Media Corporation. Prior to that, he held senior executive positions that had corporate development and regulatory compliance responsibilities. Manolescu holds a B.A. and a Law Degree. Victor Gauthier, a Calgary resident, has an extensive business career beginning in 1968 with the founding of a residential construction and land development company that grew to be one of the largest in northern Ontario. More recently, Gauthier co-founded Maxxal International which holds several patents on products used for the prevention of cargo theft. He sits on the Board of Directors of that Company. He joins the Company to provide leadership in continued contract procurement and asset management. Anthony Ferracone, is a Los Angeles-based executive who will give the Company a �west-coast� presence to gain an expanded financial trading base in the United States. Ferracone�s career began in 1969 and includes public company structuring, shareholder communications, acquisitions & mergers and corporate securities & finance roles. Ferracone will enhance the Company�s profile by identifying and creating relationships in the public company domain.
