(Pink Sheets:ICBU), announced today that it completed a reverse merger with Interactive Technologies.com, LTD via a stock-for-stock exchange (stock swap) on May 14, 2008. International Coastal Biofuels, Inc. proposes to manufacture biodiesel, renewable fuel from vegetable oils, offering an ecologically safe fuel with the same performance as that of conventional diesel, at competitive prices. �We expect our markets to expand rapidly all over the world due to growing ecological concerns and limited energy supply.
