Indie Ranch Media, Inc. (the �Company�), (Pink Sheets: INDR) today confirmed that their wholly owned subsidiary NetMix Broadcasting Network, Inc. (www.netmix.fm) has successfully completed the development of their proprietary Internet broadcasting software. The NetMix Broadcasting Software exceeds all previous broadcasting applications by allowing exact time scheduling for advertising placement with runtime verification and client logs. The NetMix Broadcasting software has also demonstrated high reliability by running all genres of NetMix.fm flawlessly including automatically detecting and accepting impromptu live feeds and returning to regular programming when the live feed terminates. Additional unique features include support of unlimited concurrent listeners and the ability to simultaneously stream shuffle playlists, hard scheduled playlists and sequential playlists. The software is multi-platform, including Mac OS (AAPL) supports Mp3 and Ogg Vorbis and can support more unique streams with less hardware resources than any other Internet broadcasting software available today. Streams can be set at 18 Kbps (AM Radio Quality) up to 192 Kbps (CD Quality) at a sampling rate of 44.1 KHz. NetMix Broadcasting Network initially chose to build their own proprietary software due to the lack of any other Internet broadcasting software meeting their requirements for scheduling and features. The NetMix.fm model requires custom ad placement and frequent live feeds for up to 60 genres of music managed in an automated and centrally managed fashion.
