Rayonier Names Manzer Vice President, Manufacturing Operations

Rayonier (NYSE: RYN) today announced that William Manzer joined
Rayonier as vice president, manufacturing operations. Manzer will
have overall operational responsibility for the Jesup, Ga., and
Fernandina Beach, Fla., mills as well as the company’s
Georgia-based lumber operations.
“Bill’s considerable manufacturing experience will bring
immediate benefits to Rayonier,” said Jack Kriesel, senior vice
president, Performance Fibers. “His expertise in operations,
maintenance and reliability will strengthen our ability to meet the
growing demand for our specialty cellulose products."
Manzer brings over 30 years of process manufacturing experience
to Rayonier. Most recently, he was with Fraser Papers in Maine,
where he served as senior vice president, business strategy and
projects.
Manzer holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from
the University of Maine, Orono.
