CUSTOMER WIN: Cash Converters to Manage IT Services with BMC Software

Cash Converters International, a franchised retail network
listed on the Australian and London stock exchanges with more than
600 stores in 21 countries, will manage business service incidents
across its network of 310 outlets in Australia and the UK with BMC
Software’s (NASDAQ: BMC) Remedy OnDemand SaaS solution.
After a competitive tender, Cash Converters chose the BMC Remedy
OnDemand solution because it offered comprehensive functionality,
ITIL® compatibility and the option of multi-tenancy for Cash
Converters to integrate other global sites as required. This
solution represented the best fit for Cash Converters as the
company is currently in acquisition mode and is deploying a new
business management application in addition to other strategic
business solutions across its Australian and UK stores. The company
is in the process of creating a service desk with 18 initial agents
internationally.
