Simba Energy Inc. (the “Company”) announces that it has granted under its stock option plan, which is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, stock options to its directors, officers, and consultants, for the purchase of 4,500,000 common shares of the Company for a period of five years at a price of $0.13 per share.
