Nouveau Holdings Ltd., a Nevada corporation (OTC Markets: NHLI) and B3SQUARE1 LLC, a New York limited liability company (“B3SQ”), and the holders of the membership interests in B3SQ, signed an Acquisition Agreement July 16, 2013.

B3SQ is an online gaming company. Dale Henry, CEO of Nouveau Holdings Ltd, stated, " We are excited about entering the online gaming industry. This opportunity should bring additional shareholder value to both companies."

The two companies are in the process of exchanging records and finalizing the acquisition.
