Vanguard Investments Canada Inc. today announced the estimated December 2013 cash distributions for the Vanguard ETFs listed on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX). Please note that any capital gains distributions for the Vanguard ETFs will be reported separately.

Please be advised that these estimated distribution amounts are only estimates as of December 18, 2013 and include forward looking information that may cause the estimates to change. Unitholders of record on December 31, 2013 will receive cash distributions payable on January 6, 2014. Details of the “per unit” distribution amounts for each of the Vanguard ETFs are as follows:
