Solution, Shows Strong Support by Institutional Investors
Covata Limited (Company) began trading today on the Australian
Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker symbol CVT.
The Company’s listing follows strong support from new
institutional and high net worth investors and existing major
shareholders under the Equity Offer to raise the maximum
subscription amount of A$15 million, for a total of A$74 million
market cap, at an offer price per share of A$0.20.
