Corfacts, Inc. (OTC Pink: CFCC) announced today that its board of directors has approved a share repurchase program. Purchases may be made at the discretion of management, with the timing dependent on prevailing market conditions. Shares may be purchased in open-market transactions, or in privately negotiated transactions. Payment for the shares repurchased will be funded using the Company's cash reserves. There is no fixed termination date for this repurchase program. The goal of the program will be to increase the per-share equity of the remaining shareholders.
