Then, on March 16, 2014, Bloomberg reported that Sound Global disclosed in a regulatory filing that the Company “may fail to file its 2014 annual report by the end of April, potentially contravening listing rules,” and that Sound Global stated it “needs more time to prepare information required for auditors.”
