Year and Customer Service Department of the Year Highlight 8x8 as a
Customer Obsessed Organization

Stevie® Awards in the Customer Service Executive of the Year and
Customer Service Department of the Year categories in The 21st
Annual American Business Awards®.
The American Business Awards are the U.S.A.’s premier business
awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are
eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and
non-profit, large and small. More than 3,700 nominations from
organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were
submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of
categories.
Stevie Award winners were determined by more than 230
professionals worldwide who participated in the judging process. As
a result, 8x8 Group Vice President of Support and Technical
Service, Nir Galpaz, was recognized for his leadership with a

organization which also won a Silver Stevie Award.
