Cummins Inc. Increases Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today
approved an increase in the company’s quarterly common stock cash
dividend of approximately 7 percent to 1.68 dollars per share from
1.57 dollars per share. The dividend is payable on September 7,
2023, to shareholders of record on August 25, 2023. Cummins has
increased the quarterly common stock dividend to shareholders for
14 consecutive years.
