Siemens Healthineers AG said Wednesday that it has entered into a partnership agreement with Swiss hospital Kantonsspital Baden for about 44 million Swiss francs ($49.3 million).

The partnership, which is set to last for eight years, will include procurement and maintenance of medical imaging systems, technology management, and the expansion of telemedicine solutions among other things.

Siemens Healthineers will also be in charge of relocating technology to a new hospital building and to commission it starting in late 2023, the company said.
