Siemens AG is renewing the term for its Chief Financial Officer Ralf P. Thomas until the end of 2026.

The German engineering conglomerate said Thursday that Mr. Thomas would stay in his role until Dec. 14, 2026, extending his tenure at the helm of the company's finances that started in 2013.

He joined Siemens in 1995 and has been chairman of the supervisory board of Siemens Healthineers AG since 2019 and a member of the supervisory board of Siemens Energy AG since 2020.
