Thomson Reuters Sells 33 Million More London Stock Exchange Shares

Thomson Reuters said Friday that it has sold 33 million London
Stock Exchange Group shares that it co-owned with certain
investment funds affiliated with Blackstone for which it will
receive $1.52 billion.
The Canadian conglomerate said that of the shares, about 15.3
million were indirectly owned by Thomson Reuters, and that after
the transaction closes, it will own about 32 million shares.
The sale of shares was conducted by way of a placement to
institutional investors and an offer to retail investors.
