Georgia Capital on Thursday said it is considering issuing bonds on the Georgian capital market as it continues to deleverage its balance sheet.

The European investment company--which was spun out of Bank of Georgia Group--said it has been exploring refinancing options given the upcoming maturity of JSC Georgia Capital's $300 million eurobonds.

One option includes the issuance of a U.S dollar-denominated bond on the local market, it said, adding that there is no certainty that a transaction will take place.
