Other Events
 
On March 27, 2008, HydroGen Corporation issued a press release announcing that the State of Ohio recently awarded the Company a grant of approximately $525,000 to support improved fuel cell power plant efficiency using cogeneration. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
