This voluntary delisting from the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol “WRNC” is a result of The Warnaco Group, Inc.’s pending move to the New York Stock Exchange. The Warnaco Group, Inc.’s first day of trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the trading symbol “WRC” is expected to be May 15, 2008.
