On February 17, 2009 CNB Corporation mailed to shareholders its quarterly
shareholder financial report which discloses the results of operations of the
Company for the years ended December 31, 2008 and December 31, 2007 and the
financial condition of the Company as of December 31, 2008 and December 31,
2007.
