Mutual Federal Bancorp, Inc. announced today that on October 20, 2009, the Board of Directors of Mutual Federal Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock , which will be payable on November 16, 2009 to the shareholders of record on October 30, 2009.
