New World Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “Report”) for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2010 by the scheduled filing deadline because the Company was unable to reach agreement with auditors to review its financial statements for the applicable fiscal period until too late for this Quarterly Report to be filed on time.
