On May 11, 2016, we issued a press release announcing our financial results for the first quarter of 2016. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. We will host an earnings conference call and live webcast covering our first quarter 2016 financial results at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
