(CCU) announces that the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today approved the distribution, with charge to year 2016’s Net income attributable to equity holders of parent company, of the Final Dividend in the amount of CLP 110.32236 per share (CLP 220.64472 per ADR), totaling CLP 40,764,428,866. The Dividend will start to be paid on April 26

, 2017 to all shareholders of record at midnight on April 20
