On November 7, 2018, Corporate Capital Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) providing an overview of its operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018.

A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
